All products sold on this website are digital educational materials. Once access has been granted the product is considered delivered.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions

A refund may only be considered in the following cases:

• You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error

• You did not receive access to the product after purchase

• There was a verified billing error on our part

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
